If the photo you have is old, scanned, faded or printed, send it anyway; we adjust contrast and remove scratches where we can and email you the prepared image before engraving if you ask. Handwriting can be reproduced from a clear photo of the original. Text is limited by the pendant size, and the product page states how many characters fit on each line.
Metals are sterling silver, 18K gold plated, rose gold plated and stainless steel; chains from 16 to 22 inches, with the chain length guide showing where each sits. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days and every parcel is tracked; if you need a piece by a specific date, email support@amorfeel.com first and we will tell you honestly whether it can arrive in time.
