Plan the photo before the message. A single clear picture of the two of you works on every heart shape; a landscape or a group shot does not crop well into a heart. The back of a heart pendant fits a short line such as a date, initials or a three-word phrase; the product page shows the exact limit. If you want your own handwriting engraved, photograph the note flat in daylight and upload it.
Valentine’s orders should go in early: processing is 1 to 3 business days and transit to the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand is 7 to 14 business days, as explained in Shipping & Delivery.
